Member BenefitsWhat We Do:The focus of the Montrose Association of Commerce and Tourism is to promote the preservation of the competitive enterprise system and the growth and development of community and businesses in the Montrose area. These objectives are being accomplished through the Board of Directors, the Montrose ACT Staff, the 9 Montrose ACT Committees, and the work of the General Membership. Montrose ACT realizes that to achieve the goal of a positive economic environment in the Montrose community, there must be support of: local business and agriculture; expanded efforts to increase tourism and recreational opportunities; transportation needs; enhancement of our primary and secondary education; and a continued effort toward regional economic development. There are many ongoing activities established to address these specific areas. The Board looks forward to maintaining a financially solvent Association of Commerce and Tourism, to being administratively prepared, and to being responsive to the needs of the community.
